Unless there is a reason to do otherwise, categories should be in Title Case--that is, every word should be capitalized with the exception of a, an, the and short prepositions and conjunctions.

[edit] Categorizing Articles

To add an article to a category, there is no need to edit the actual category page at all. Rather, at the end of the article you want to categorize, put the [[Category:CategoryName]] tag, and the new article will automatically appear on that category's summary page.
