Round Robin
From USAFA Folklore
A round robin is a long training session. Usually, an entire group participates and the session can last from two to four hours. Round Robins have sometimes been conducted during Recognition.
During the round robin, fourth class cadets from each squadron start out in their own squadron, execute physical training administered by upper class cadets, then after a set time rotate to the next squadron for a new regimen of training. This repeats until the fourth class cadets have cycled through all of the participating squadrons and return to their own squadron. The continuous appearance of unfamiliar faces combined with nonstop physical training is extremely stressful for many fourth class cadets. A similar but smaller version of the round robin is often done between two neighboring squadrons; in this case, it is often known as a "Doolie Swap".
