Leadership Reaction Course

The Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) is a course where teams of basic cadets tackle particularly tricky obstacles that require planning and teamwork to negotiate. This course is run during Basic Cadet Training, but is more relaxed than the Obstacle Course or the Assault Course.
Sometimes the course cadre will attempt to initially frighten or confuse the basics by beginning with a moderately intense warm-up, which will stop suddenly or when one of the basics would show a unique amount of class pride.
