Hot pilot

The hot pilot is the fourth class cadet who sits immediately to the left of the loadmaster, facing the cold pilot. The hot pilot is responsible for ensuring that all food items are ready to be served, that any dish needing a serving utensil has one, and that all food items are passed up to the table commandant for serving.
