The Honor Code is the foundation of cadet life.

"We will not lie, steal, or cheat, nor tolerate among us anyone who does."

The Honor Code was developed and adopted by the Class of 1959, the first class to graduate from the Academy. It is virtually the same as West Point's Honor Code.
