Get up for it

"Get up for it!" is a phrase that is commonly used in weak attempts to motivate cadets to be enthusiastic about something that, in actuality, usually sucks. An example may be:

"Alright everyone, we've got a surprise Triple Threat this weekend. Let's get up for it!"
