Chocolate shoes

Chocolate shoes occurs when 4ºs from one table low crawl to another table in Mitchell to deposit a large amount of chocolate syrup on an unsuspecting upperclassman's shoes. This prank was pulled in 2003 on a particularly toolish ROTC cadet who was visiting on some kind of conference.
