Cadet Wing Commander

The Cadet Wing Commander is a first class cadet who is the senior ranking cadet in the Wing. Generally, there is a different Wing Commander each semester. In the summer of 2006, the Academy instituted the position of Summer Wing Commander to oversee the various summer cadet groups. The Cadet Wing Commander holds the rank of Cadet/Colonel, and in formation carries a special gold sabre.
