Cadet in Charge

Cadet in Charge (CIC) is used to refer to the cadet in charge of pretty much anything, from a formal cadet club ("CIC of the Kendo Club") to a military training function ("CIC of the Obstacle Course") to a particular project ("CIC of the SAR repainting project").
