Brevit Lieutenant

From 1978 until ____, Brevit Lieutenant (later known as Topoff) was a program for Firsties during their last semester that was supposed to help them transition to life in the Real Air Force. The program primarily consisted of a gradual increase in privileges, including weekday passes and occasionally excusal from selected military formations. In time the Second Class cadets ran the wing and the firsties only showed up for mandatory formations.
