Agenda for Change

The Agenda for Change (AfC) was drafted by Secretary of the Air Force James Roche during the sexual assault scandal. It did away with most of the old training techniques, abolished the Academy Training Philosophy and the Purpose of the Fourth Class System, and is seen as the beginning of the Officer Development System (ODS). It also made changes to the lines of command and other personnel changes to the faculty and staff that many felt were inappropriately connected to the sexual assault scandal.

The AfC is most notorious for resulting in the removal of "Bring Me Men" from the Bring Me Men Ramp.
